If you decline the repair quote after diagnosis, the $50 diagnostic fee is non-refundable and will not be applied toward any future service. We do not offer free diagnostics under any circumstances. By dropping off your device, you agree to pay the diagnostic fee regardless of whether you proceed with the repair.

Parts purchases on our website are processed through PayPal. When you click a PayPal buy button you are redirected to PayPal's secure payment platform. Repair booking requests submitted through our website are sent directly to us. We retain your contact information only as long as necessary to complete your repair or order.
